This application uses the Roctronics unit as a talking altimeter.
This will require one controller a sensor board and a harness.
It is designed to talk to you telling you of its status and the peak altitude.
Testing
This is still a work in progress.Currently I just have a speaker connected to where the buzzer connects.
I am using 2kHz samples for the audio. this allows me to store 32 words of 1sec each in the EEPROM.
I need to add a low pass filter and probably an audio amp to make it more usable.
Some buddies of mine keep telling me to just mount a headphone jack on the outside of the rocket. Then you can just jack in. I dont know about that but a small FM transmitter would be pretty cool.
